When working with me, you have a variety of ways to have me support you.

Most clients will chose to give me accountant's access to their cloud based accounting software, and set up a basic shared cloud file storage where bank, credit, loan, etc. documents will be saved for me to access.  

We will decide the scheduled needs of your business and set up weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual benchmarks for both of us to hit.  I will work with your chosen CPA for annual tax filings.  I am also able to handle any payroll processing needs through your chosen service.

Being I base my fees on average monthly transactions, you can feel free to reach out with questions and information anytime without expecting an addition to your monthly invoice.

Depending on the speed your organization is growing, your account will be reevaluated on a quarterly, bi-annually, or annual basis to ensure you are priced at the correct tier.

I use Chrome Remote Desktop for screen sharing.
